Duties: Some of the duties you will be required to perform include · preparing and cooking food and ordering food supplies · planning menus and estimating food and labour costs · monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation · discussing food preparation issues with Managers and Front of House staff · explaining and enforcing hygiene regulations · assisting with the training of staff PLEASE NOTE: Only successful candidates will receive a reply.
