- Experience administering IBM Workload Scheduler (IWS/TWS) in a z/OS mainframe environment
- Experience with IBM Dynamic Workload Console (DWC) for workload monitoring and administration
- Strong knowledge of IBM z/OS operations, JCL, TSO/ISPF, SDSF, and batch processing
- Experience in workload automation concepts (calendars, dependencies, critical path, event-driven scheduling)
- Experience in production support & batch job troubleshooting
