Sashimi Chef (3–5 Days per Week | Flexible Roster)We are looking for a skilled and reliable Sashimi Chef to join our team and take care of our sashimi and sushi preparation.This role is ideal for someone confident in kitchen work and interested in developing or specialising in sashimi. About the Role:
  • Prepare and present sashimi and sushi to a high standard
  • Assist with general kitchen prep and service
  • Maintain food safety and kitchen cleanliness
  • Support stock control and daily operations

Roster:
  • 3 - 5 days per week (negotiable days)
  • Current roster options:
  • Monday–Thursday: 10:00am – 8:00pm
  • Friday–Sunday: 9:00am – 8:00pm
  • Flexibility available for the right candidate

What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous kitchen/cooking experience (essential)
  • Sashimi experience is preferred but not required
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable, responsible, and well-organised
