Work Location: In person
- Prepare and present sashimi and sushi to a high standard
- Assist with general kitchen prep and service
- Maintain food safety and kitchen cleanliness
- Support stock control and daily operations
Roster:
- 3 - 5 days per week (negotiable days)
- Current roster options:
- Monday–Thursday: 10:00am – 8:00pm
- Friday–Sunday: 9:00am – 8:00pm
- Flexibility available for the right candidate
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous kitchen/cooking experience (essential)
- Sashimi experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, responsible, and well-organised
