They troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and account-access issues and help keep IT services running smoothly. Typical Job ResponsibilitiesRespond to IT support requests via phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems.Troubleshoot computer, software, printer, and network issues.Reset passwords and manage user accounts.Escalate complex issues to higher-level IT teams.Document incidents and resolutions in a ticketing system.Monitor service requests and ensure timely resolution.Provide excellent customer service and technical guidance.
