Job Title: Business Analyst in Adobe Analytics (Customer Journey Analytics)

Location: Dallas, TX Relocation: From CST Zone only Experience: 8 years (Not less than 8 years)

Core Responsibilities

• Translate business questions into Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) use cases, reporting components, segment logic, and calculated metrics
• Analyze Adobe Analytics Workspace projects and identify components that require recreation in CJA
• Validate reporting outputs through side-by-side comparisons and support user acceptance testing
• Maintain migration documentation, mappings, definitions, and governance standards
• Serve as the liaison between business, analytics, and technical implementation teams
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Remove blockers, improve team flow, and champion continuous improvement
• Support prioritization, backlog refinement, release coordination, and stakeholder communication
