Enterprise Kubernetes Architect

Your Profile & DNA:We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Kubernetes Architect to define, promote, and enforce enterprise Kubernetes standards across the organization. The architect will act as an ambassador for the central platform team, working closely with system and domain architects to ensure consistent, secure, and scalable Kubernetes implementations across on-premises and Azure cloud environments.
Roles & Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of enterprise Kubernetes architecture standards and best practices.
• Act as the liaison between the central platform team and CIO delivery streams.
• Collaborate with system, solution, and domain architects across multiple business units.
• Design and govern Kubernetes platforms running in hybrid cloud environments (On-Premises and Azure).
• Review solution architectures and ensure compliance with enterprise standards.
• Define security, networking, governance, and operational best practices for Kubernetes.
• Guide engineering teams on platform modernization and cloud-native architecture.
• Influence architectural decisions through strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualification & Experience

• A Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
• 10+ years of infrastructure/cloud architecture experience.
• 5+ years designing and governing enterprise Kubernetes platforms.
• Deep expertise in both on-premises Kubernetes and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Strong Terraform, GitOps, and CI/CD experience.
• Proven ability to establish architecture standards and influence multiple stakeholder groups in a large enterprise.
• Experience balancing governance with engineering enablement.
