Horn Tech (Always Digital Limited) is an Auckland-based digital marketing agency, established in 2018, serving business clients across New Zealand, Australia, the United States and China. Our services span Google SEO, Google & Meta paid advertising, Shopify and independent e-commerce site builds, IT consulting and offshore social media management.We are a recognised New Zealand agency partner for Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS and Alibaba Cloud, and we've developed our own AI-powered website platform, webforger.ai, which brings frontier AI models directly into our delivery workflow. Over the past eight years we've worked with more than a thousand clients and maintain a clean record as an established, reputable New Zealand employer.We're expanding and looking for a driven bilingual sales professional to own client acquisition and account growth. The roleYou'll manage the full B2B sales cycle — from prospecting and first contact through to close — for a service portfolio covering SEO, paid media, e-commerce builds and social media management. This is a mix of phone-based outreach and face-to-face meetings, working with both local NZ/AU businesses and Chinese export (外贸) clients selling into overseas markets. Key responsibilities

- Generate, qualify and convert leads through outbound outreach and in-person meetings
- Understand each client's needs and, alongside our delivery team, shape the right solution and proposal
- Independently build your own pipeline of prospects and referral sources
- Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, following up consistently
- Re-engage existing clients to uncover new needs and build long-term partnerships
- Represent Horn Tech's standards and brand in every client interaction
About you
- Fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin — this is essential, as you'll work across both markets
- Confident, proactive and quick on your feet, with genuine people skills
- A marketing, business or commerce background is an advantage
- Strong learner with a practical, can-do attitude and the resilience to own targets
- A team player who's comfortable collaborating with technical and delivery colleagues
