About the Role:As a Speech Therapist at Accessible Care, you'll support a dynamic NDIS caseload across the lifespan — children, adolescents, and adults — both in-clinic (Coburg) and out in the community.Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, communication, and swallowing assessments
- Develop and deliver individualised therapy plansin alignment with NDIS goals
- Provide AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) support when appropriate
- Deliver evidence-based interventions for clients with developmental delays, autism, stroke, brain injury, and other complex needs
- Write clear, timely reports and progress updatesfor NDIS reviews and allied health teams
- Liaise with families, carers, educators, and other stakeholders to ensure a collaborative care approach
- Attend weekly clinical supervision and participate in team training and development
What You Bring:
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- Current SPA registration (or eligibility)
- Experience or strong interest in working with NDIS participants
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for community visits
