About the Role:As a Speech Therapist at Accessible Care, you'll support a dynamic NDIS caseload across the lifespan — children, adolescents, and adults — both in-clinic (Coburg) and out in the community.Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, communication, and swallowing assessments
  • Develop and deliver individualised therapy plansin alignment with NDIS goals
  • Provide AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) support when appropriate
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions for clients with developmental delays, autism, stroke, brain injury, and other complex needs
  • Write clear, timely reports and progress updatesfor NDIS reviews and allied health teams
  • Liaise with families, carers, educators, and other stakeholders to ensure a collaborative care approach
  • Attend weekly clinical supervision and participate in team training and development

What You Bring:
  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
  • Current SPA registration (or eligibility)
  • Experience or strong interest in working with NDIS participants
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for community visits
