Production Supervisor – Welded Wire Mesh / Steel Reinforcement

We are looking for a Production Supervisor to join a leading steel manufacturing company based in Texas, currently undergoing a strong expansion and operational transformation process.This is a key operational role, with direct impact on production performance, efficiency, and continuous improvement within the plant.Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production operations within the plant
• Ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are consistently met
• Lead and coordinate production teams
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across processes
• Work closely with engineering and operations teams

Required Experience

• Hands-on experience in welded wire mesh / welded wire reinforcement production
• Experience in wire drawing processes
• Background in steel manufacturing or similar industrial environments
• Proven experience in production supervision roles

Location

• Houston, Texas (or surrounding areas)
• Candidates based in the United States, Mexico, or Chile are welcome
