Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain product listings across online marketplaces including Amazon, eBay, Etsy, OnBuy, Shopify, TikTok Shop, and other relevant platforms.
• Create, update, and optimise product listings, titles, descriptions, images, and specifications to maximise visibility and sales performance.
• Monitor marketplace performance and identify opportunities to improve sales, conversion rates, and customer engagement.
• Assist with pricing updates, promotional campaigns, and inventory management across multiple sales channels.
• Process marketplace orders and coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor stock levels and assist in maintaining product availability across all platforms.
• Respond to customer enquiries and support the resolution of marketplace-related issues.
• Analyse sales data and prepare reports on marketplace performance and trends.
• Ensure product content remains accurate, compliant, and aligned with brand standards.
• Support the launch of new products and expansion into additional marketplace channels.
• Stay informed about marketplace policies, industry developments, and e-commerce best practices.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, customer service, and operations teams to support business growth initiatives.
