Kindly support us on a priority basis and share local profiles onlyJob Title: Oracle Fusion Manager (R2R, O2C, P2P, PLM, HCM)Location: Onsite, Irvine, CA (Candidates from PST, CST, MST, and even EST are acceptable if they are open to relocating to California) Visa:- GC, USC, H1B, TNExperience: 12 -15 YearsEmployment Type: Long term Contract Hands-on HCM and functional experience is mandatory, and candidates must have experience in ERP implementations such as SAP or Oracle. JD:

• Typically, 10–12 years in ERP projects
• At least 8 years in Oracle Fusion projects
• Prior experience as a team lead or project manager
• 8–15 years of overall experience
• Minimum 2–3 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion implementations
• Experience in support and enhancement projects

Key Responsibilities Functional Expertise

• Work on end-to-end implementation/support of:
• R2R (Record to Report) – GL, FA, Cash Management
• O2C (Order to Cash) – Order Management, AR, Billing
• P2P (Procure to Pay) – Procurement, AP, Supplier Management
• PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) – Product Data Hub, Innovation Management
• HCM (Human Capital Management) – Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
• Configure Oracle Fusion modules as per business needs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, HR, Business, or related field
• MBA or HR specialization (preferred)
• PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certifications (strong advantage)
