Applications Development Analyst ServiceNow

Primary Responsibilities:
Serve as primary liaison with business users and conduct requirement workshops.
Translate business needs into ServiceNow requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Design and validate workflows, catalog items, SLAs, assignment logic, and process flows.
Support SDLC activities: sprint planning, build reviews, UAT coordination, and release readiness.
Ensure compliance with governance, documentation standards, and change control processes.
Define test cases, manage UAT sessions, and validate functional outcomes.
Assist in incident triage, RCA, integration data mapping, and CMDB alignment.
Required Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years of programming/systems analysis experience.
Experience with ServiceNow ITSM/HRSD/ITOM modules.
Strong Requirements Gathering And Functional Design Skills.
Experience with Agile delivery and UAT management.
Ability to work across technical and business teams.
