This role involves applying deep product and market knowledge to support business development, client engagement, and ensuring our solutions align with the complex needs of government and local authorities. Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the UK Commercial team to support the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy by providing expert solution and product knowledge.
- Act as a subject matter expert during the sales cycle, supporting bid responses, preparing solution demonstrations, and presenting value propositions to prospects.
- Collaborate with the Public Sector Team and Sales to craft value propositions that clearly articulate Unity5's competitive advantage.
- Support senior client-facing teams in building and maintaining relationships with public sector stakeholders (central government, local authorities, NHS).
- Gather detailed client requirements and translate them into functional and technical solution designs.
- Gather and synthesise market needs, policy changes, and client feedback to feed into the Product team for roadmap development.
Experience
- Proven experience in a solutions, pre-sales, or consulting role serving UK public sector clients from the private sector.
- Working knowledge of UK public procurement, policy frameworks, and government/local authority operations.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly.
- A collaborative mindset, comfortable working in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
- Experience contributing to successful contract wins or delivery projects.
