- Edit raw footage into polished videos suitable for multiple platforms, ensuring visual coherence and storytelling flow
- Incorporate graphics, colour grading, sound effects, and music to enhance video quality
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and marketing teams to understand project requirements and deliver compelling visual narratives
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines
- Utilise specialised software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Illustrator to create engaging content
- Apply photography skills when capturing footage or selecting images for video projects
- Maintain organised project files and ensure all assets are properly stored and backed up
- Stay updated with the latest trends in video editing and multimedia production
Requirements
- Proven experience in video editing with a strong portfolio demonstrating diverse projects
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
- Experience with Final Cut Pro is desirable
- Solid understanding of photography principles and techniques
- Strong knowledge of colour grading, motion graphics, and visual effects
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and storytelling excellence
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- A recognised qualification or equivalent experience in media production or related field is preferred
