We are partnering with a rapidly growing B2B conference business to appoint an experienced Head of Delegate Sales to lead and scale their delegate acquisition function.This is a standout opportunity for a commercially driven sales leader who thrives in growth environments and knows how to build high-performing teams, drive revenue, and create sales momentum at scale.Leading a team of 6–8 delegate sales executives, you will play a key role in shaping the next phase of growth across a portfolio of premium industry conferences and executive events.
What we’re looking for:
  • Proven experience leading B2B sales teams
  • Strong outbound sales and revenue growth background
  • Ability to coach, mentor, and elevate performance
  • KPI-driven with strong commercial acumen
  • High energy, resilience, and leadership presence
  • Events, conference, media, or commercial sales experience highly regarded


Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading and developing the delegate sales team
  • Driving delegate revenue across multiple events
  • Building a high-performance sales culture
  • Improving pipeline management and conversion strategy
  • Partnering with senior leadership on commercial growth initiatives
