Senior Automotive Technician

Now we’re looking for a qualified Senior Technician who is also a Licensed Vehicle Tester (RWC). • Perform Roadworthy (RWC) inspections to VicRoads standards with accuracy and integrity.
• Identify and report defects, advise on repairs required for compliance, and complete certificates.
• Carry out a wide range of mechanical work: services, brakes, suspension, cooling, transmissions, A/C, etc.
• Use modern diagnostics to tackle complex problems.
• Work across all makes/models and keep learning (including EV systems - training provided).
• Collaborate with a supportive team to deliver high-quality, efficient outcomes.

What you bring

• Cert III (or equivalent) automotive qualification.
• Valid VicRoads Licensed Vehicle Tester accreditation (RWC) — with 1+ years proven experience.
• Strong mechanical competence across a wide range of vehicles.
• Pride in compliance, detail, and safe workmanship.
• Strong communication skills with both team and customers.
• Full Australian driver’s licence and ability to obtain a National Police Check.
