Work Location: On the road
- Deliver personal care (bathing, dressing, feeding) to support clients’ daily needs.
- Assist with mobility and exercise routines, including safe transfers to/from beds or wheelchairs.
- Administer medications and follow care plans with precision.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, adhering to infection control protocols.
- Document observations and report changes to our care management team.
- Travel between clients’ homes to provide domiciliary care in Havant and Waterlooville, Petersfield or Farnborough. You will based in one area ( Havant and Waterlooville, for example) and will not be expected to travel between areas.
Who We’re Looking For:
- No experience required – we provide full training, including the Care Certificate, for compassionate individuals.
- Previous experience as a healthcare assistant or in a similar role is a bonus.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology is a plus but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills and a caring, empathetic approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team.
- Valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle ( always preferred for mobile care).
- Availability for some evening and weekend shifts to meet client needs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality care.
