Are you passionate about making a difference in people’s lives? Join our dedicated team at Lillyfields Care as a Community Healthcare Assistant and provide compassionate care to clients in their own homes.What You’ll Do:
  • Deliver personal care (bathing, dressing, feeding) to support clients’ daily needs.
  • Assist with mobility and exercise routines, including safe transfers to/from beds or wheelchairs.
  • Administer medications and follow care plans with precision.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, adhering to infection control protocols.
  • Document observations and report changes to our care management team.
  • Travel between clients’ homes to provide domiciliary care in Havant and Waterlooville, Petersfield or Farnborough. You will based in one area ( Havant and Waterlooville, for example) and will not be expected to travel between areas.

Who We’re Looking For:
  • No experience required – we provide full training, including the Care Certificate, for compassionate individuals.
  • Previous experience as a healthcare assistant or in a similar role is a bonus.
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology is a plus but not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills and a caring, empathetic approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team.
  • Valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle ( always preferred for mobile care).
  • Availability for some evening and weekend shifts to meet client needs.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality care.
