What You'll Be Responsible ForAs Practice Manager, you will hold complete operational leadership across:

• Leadership & culture — embedding a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement across all sites
• People & HR — end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, performance management, rostering, payroll, and managing visa-sponsored staff compliance
• Clinical operations & compliance — infection control standards, theatre and laboratory management, drug storage compliance, licensing, equipment maintenance, AHPRA registrations, and stakeholder liaison
• Finance & reporting — full financial operations, budgeting, asset registers, dentist remuneration calculations, and accurate, timely reporting to the owner
• Marketing & patient experience — supporting the marketing strategy, agency liaison, reviews, and patient growth initiatives
• Continuous improvement — identifying efficiencies and driving process improvement across the entire group

You will directly lead the practice's leadership team and hold indirect oversight of all clinical and administrative staff.What We're Looking ForThis role suits a highly capable, autonomous, detail-oriented professional who genuinely enjoys taking full ownership of a busy multi-site business.Essential:

• Proven senior management experience in practice management or general management — ideally within dental, medical, or allied health
• Demonstrated success leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing full P&L responsibility
• Strong working knowledge of HR, payroll, compliance, infection control, and healthcare regulations, including visa sponsorship obligations
• Excellent financial acumen, with experience in practice management software, reporting tools, and benchmarking
• High-level organisational and leadership skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and genuine passion for operational excellence
• Full Australian work rights and a current police check
