  • Overseeing daily operations
  • Lead, train, and motivate FOH teams to deliver outstanding service
  • Ensure service standards, cleanliness, and presentation are consistently maintained
  • Assist with staff rostering, labour cost control, and shift planning
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally and confidently
  • Support onboarding, training, and performance management of staff
  • Maintain compliance with WHS, food safety, and company procedures
  • Step into Manager-on-Duty shifts as required
