ResponsibilitiesSupport ERP and business software implementation projects for clients across multiple industriesGather, analyse, and document business requirements and operational processesAssist in configuring, testing, and supporting ERP and digital systemsCollaborate with functional and technical teams to deliver effective technology solutionsPrepare reports, dashboards, and business data analysis to support operational decision-makingSupport clients with system usage, troubleshooting, and process improvement activitiesAssist in maintaining project documentation, business workflows, and implementation recordsCoordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfactionContribute to digital transformation initiatives and business technology improvement projectsSupport website, business application, and digital platform coordination activities where required SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively within teamsGood understanding of business operations and information technology systemsAbility to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Excel, reporting tools, and business data analysisStrong organisational and documentation skillsInterest in ERP systems, digital transformation, and enterprise technology solutionsKnowledge of data visualisation or business analysis concepts is desirableCommitment to continuous learning and professional development within the technology sector QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management, Information Technology, International Business, or a related disciplinePrevious exposure to business analysis, data analysis, or ERP systems is advantageous but not essential What We OfferOpportunity to work on international ERP and digital transformation projectsCareer development and training within enterprise technology consultingCollaborative and supportive working environmentExposure to modern business software, digital platforms, and implementation methodologiesPay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per yearBenefits:
