We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead engineering teams and drive the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. About the RoleAs an Engineering Manager, you will combine technical leadership, people management, and project delivery responsibilities. You will mentor engineers, oversee technical execution, and work closely with clients, architects, and product teams to align technology initiatives with business goals. Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support software engineering teams
• Manage project delivery, timelines, resources, and budgets
• Establish engineering standards, development practices, and quality processes
• Collaborate with architects, product managers, and clients on technical strategy
• Support recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and career development
• Ensure software quality, security, reliability, and scalability
• Remove technical and organisational blockers impacting team performance
• Drive continuous improvement across engineering processes and team effectiveness
• Contribute to strategic planning and technology roadmaps

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• 7+ years of software engineering experience
• Previous experience leading engineering teams or complex technical projects
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, cloud platforms, and Agile methodologies
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with open-source technologies highly regarded
• Ability to balance technical decision-making with people leadership
