About the RoleAs a Billing / Switching Coordinator, you will manage electricity billing processes and coordinate customer switching activities, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant account management across the energy “meter-to-cash” cycle. Key Responsibilities Billing ManagementProcess customer electricity bills and account chargesValidate meter readings and consumption dataEnsure accurate and timely invoice generationManage billing corrections, credits, and adjustments Switching CoordinationProcess customer switching between energy providersManage move-in and move-out account changesUpdate pricing plans, tariffs, and contract detailsCoordinate with energy retailers and network providers Data & Systems ManagementMaintain accurate customer records and billing systemsUpdate CRM and energy billing platformsReconcile billing data across systems and meter providersTrack and resolve billing discrepancies Customer & Internal SupportRespond to billing enquiries and customer complaintsLiaise with customer service, finance, and operations teamsExplain charges, billing cycles, and switching timelinesEscalate complex billing issues when required Compliance & AccuracyEnsure compliance with energy market rules and regulationsFollow pricing, tariff, and contract requirementsMaintain accurate records for audit and reportingSupport monthly billing cycles and operational deadlines What We’re Looking For?Experience in billing, accounts, customer service, or utilities operations preferredStrong attention to detail and accuracyGood Excel and data entry skillsExperience with CRM or billing systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or energy platforms) is an advantageStrong communication and problem-solving skillsPay: From $6,500.00 per monthBenefits:
