Gaming Manager

About the Role:As the Gaming Manager at Earlwood Hotel, you will play a key role in overseeing all aspects of the gaming operations to ensure a seamless and engaging experience for our patrons. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing daily gaming operations, including staff supervision, rostering, and customer service.
• Leading and motivating a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Ensuring all gaming machines and equipment are well-maintained and operating efficiently.
• Overseeing cash handling procedures and monitoring gaming floor activity.
• Implementing strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance customer engagement.
• Ensuring strict compliance with all gaming regulations and internal policies.

About You:We’re looking for a passionate and results-driven professional with the following skills and experience:

• A minimum of two years’ experience as a Gaming Manager in a large, high-volume venue.
• Strong understanding of compliance requirements.
• A collaborative leadership approach, fostering open communication within the team.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with various stakeholders, departments, and VIP customers.
• A professional and polished presentation, paired with a hands-on approach to service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong administrative and organizational abilities, with the capacity to multitask effectively.
• Current RSA, RCG & ARCG certifications.
