- Managing daily gaming operations, including staff supervision, rostering, and customer service.
- Leading and motivating a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Ensuring all gaming machines and equipment are well-maintained and operating efficiently.
- Overseeing cash handling procedures and monitoring gaming floor activity.
- Implementing strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance customer engagement.
- Ensuring strict compliance with all gaming regulations and internal policies.
About You:We’re looking for a passionate and results-driven professional with the following skills and experience:
- A minimum of two years’ experience as a Gaming Manager in a large, high-volume venue.
- Strong understanding of compliance requirements.
- A collaborative leadership approach, fostering open communication within the team.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with various stakeholders, departments, and VIP customers.
- A professional and polished presentation, paired with a hands-on approach to service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong administrative and organizational abilities, with the capacity to multitask effectively.
- Current RSA, RCG & ARCG certifications.
