- Analysing computer hardware problems and rectifying them, servicing, and replacing parts as required.
- Installing software and demonstrating usage to users when necessary.
- Updating system software to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Managing anti-virus software, including installing updates, reporting new virus files, and removing malware.
- Maintaining backup files during the repair process to prevent data loss.
- Servicing computer-related equipment, such as printers, projectors, webcams, and scanners.
- Adhering to company rules and regulations while performing all service tasks.
- Practicing optimal service modes to ensure high-quality technical support.
