Your Impact & Responsibilities:
- Treatment Implementation: Work under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to deliver high-quality therapeutic services and restorative interventions.
- Functional Training: Assist residents with therapeutic exercises, gait training, and mobility techniques outlined in their individualized care plans.
- Progress Tracking: Monitor and document resident progress accurately and timely in accordance with California state and federal guidelines.
- Interdisciplinary Teamwork: Communicate effectively with the PT, nursing staff, and medical team regarding resident status and recovery goals.
- Education: Empower residents and their families through personalized exercise programs, safety training, and functional maintenance strategies.

Qualifications:
- Licensure: Current, valid California Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in good standing.
