Responsibilities
- Define and manage the product roadmap for AI and Generative AI solutions.
- Gather, prioritize, and translate business requirements into user stories and product backlogs.
- Collaborate with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, and development teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Drive Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release planning.
- Define product goals, KPIs, and success metrics.
- Work with stakeholders to identify AI use cases and prioritize business value.
- Ensure AI solutions align with business objectives and compliance requirements.
Required Skills
- 5 years of Product Owner or Product Management experience.
- Experience delivering AI, Machine Learning, or Generative AI products.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle management.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and backlog management.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, or cloud AI platforms (Azure OpenAI, Vertex AI, or AWS AI) is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Enterprise Digital Transformation.
- Scrum Product Owner (CSPO/PSPO) certification is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
