Cabler / ELV Technician

Unicom Intelligent Building Ltd – Auckland Unicom Intelligent Building Ltd is a leading provider of integrated smart building and ELV solutions in New Zealand. We deliver end-to-end services across telecommunications, networking, CCTV, AV systems, and intelligent building technologies for hotels, commercial buildings, warehouses, and aged care facilities. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a reliable and motivated Cabler / ELV Technician to join our team. Key Responsibilities

• Installation of data cabling, fibre, and networking systems
• CCTV and security system installation
• Assisting with ELV and basic electrical works
• Following site plans, safety procedures, and project requirements
• Supporting onsite project delivery and maintenance

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in New Zealand construction or related industry
• Experience in one or more of the following:
  • Data cabling / fibre installation
  • Networking systems
  • CCTV / security systems
  • Basic electrical work (junior electrician level)
• Strong work ethic, responsible and reliable
• Good understanding of health & safety requirements
• Basic English communication skills
• Age between 25–40 preferred
• Full NZ driver licence

Other Requirements
