About the RoleAs a Customer Service Representative, you'll assist customers with orders, enquiries, deliveries, and account support while working closely with sales, logistics, and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. What You'll Do?

• Customer Support
• Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
• Process orders and provide product information
• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
• Order & Account Management
• Coordinate deliveries with logistics teams
• Maintain accurate customer records
• Assist with quotations, invoices, and account enquiries
• Team Collaboration
• Support sales representatives and operations teams
• Monitor order progress and provide delivery updates
• Promote Ravensdown products and services where appropriate

Skills & Qualifications

• Education & Experience
• Previous customer service, administration, or sales support experience
• Knowledge of agriculture or rural industries is an advantage
