We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, fostering strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. Experience with Salesforce and CRM software is highly desirable to optimise client relationship management and sales processes.The successful candidate may be offered UK visa sponsorship, subject to eligibility. Duties
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach initiatives.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's market presence and achieve growth targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and negotiations to secure new contracts.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor offerings that meet client needs.
  • Utilise Salesforce and other CRM software to track leads, manage sales pipelines, analyse data, and generate reports.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote the company’s services and brand awareness.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for expansion or improvement.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within a related industry.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce and CRM software for managing client relationships and sales processes.
  • Degree-qualified, with equivalent experience in business development, sales, or a related discipline.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop strategic plans and execute them effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.
  • Organised with strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
