Superyacht Project Manage

This role provides full project autonomy, international market exposure, and access to premium travel budgets and high‑value client portfolios.As a Superyacht Project Manager, you will oversee the end‑to‑end development of large‑capital superyacht projects, coordinating engineering teams, global suppliers, and elite clientele. Operating without micromanagement, you will manage multimillion‑euro build cycles, negotiate high‑stakes contracts, and ensure flawless delivery of bespoke vessels tailored to international UHNW clients.
You will collaborate directly with executive leadership to drive commercial growth, secure strategic partnerships, and expand the company’s presence across global luxury maritime markets. Core Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle management of superyacht construction and refit projects.
• Coordinate naval architects, engineering teams, shipyards, and global suppliers.
• Oversee multimillion‑euro budgets and high‑value client portfolios.
• Ensure compliance with international maritime standards and classification societies.
• Negotiate contracts, manage timelines, and mitigate operational risks.
• Represent the company at international yacht shows, client events, and global site visits.
• Drive commercial expansion through strategic partnerships and luxury market insights.

Required Competencies

• Extensive experience in yacht construction, maritime engineering, or luxury project management.
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills in capital‑intensive environments.
• Ability to manage complex, multinational stakeholder networks.
• Executive‑level communication and strategic planning capabilities.
• Proven track record delivering high‑value luxury or maritime projects.
