Quality Inspector ALocation: Little Rock, AR
Shift: 2nd Shift (Starting around 3:00 PM)
Duration: 12+ Month Contract
Pay: Competitive DOE
Citizenship: US Citizen, Green Card, OPT/EAD/F1, H1B, TN Visa acceptedWe are seeking an experienced Quality Inspector to support aircraft maintenance and inspection operations in a fast-paced aviation environment. This role focuses on ensuring aircraft components, systems, and maintenance activities meet regulatory and company quality standards.The ideal candidate will have strong aircraft maintenance experience, be comfortable reading technical drawings and schematics, and possess an Airframe certificate at minimum. Candidates with A&P licenses are highly preferred. Responsibilities
  • Perform quality inspections on aircraft maintenance and repair activities
  • Read and interpret structural drawings, avionic schematics, and technical documents
  • Ensure compliance with FAR 145 Repair Station and FAR 43 Maintenance standards
  • Use precision measuring tools, gauges, and inspection instruments
  • Prepare detailed inspection and quality reports
  • Support regulatory and process compliance activities
  • Work closely with maintenance and engineering teams to resolve quality concerns
  • Maintain accurate documentation and inspection records

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Airframe certificate required
  • A&P license strongly preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of aircraft maintenance experience (scheduled or unscheduled)
  • Minimum 1 year of FAR 145 Repair Station and FAR 43 Maintenance experience
  • Minimum 1 year of FWW/EASA/POA process experience
  • Must possess at least one delegation right:
  • CVE
  • Form 1
  • Form 52
  • Form 53
  • NCR MRB
  • Repair Station
  • Powerplant License
  • Ability to read and interpret aircraft drawings, schematics, and test procedures
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills
  • Computer proficiency required
  • Must pass vision testing (20/20 corrected with no color perception limitations)
  • Must be able to work in a high-noise aircraft environment

Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate degree in Aerospace or related field
  • Powerplant License
  • FCC License
  • Experience with 5S+ / Lean Manufacturing principles
