About the role:
- Scrub Scout duties across orthopaedic operating theatres
- Exposure to a high-volume minor and major joint surgical caseload
- Supporting surgeons, anaesthetists, and perioperative teams
- Ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care throughout the perioperative journey
- Working within a fast-paced and highly skilled multidisciplinary team
Essential requirements:
- Scrub Scout experience
- Strong orthopaedic experience minor or major joints or those
- Open to candidates with minor orthopaedics and Major joints, or plastics experience
- Confident working in a busy theatre environment
- Experience across elective and complex surgical procedures
