ICT Security Specialist

Right Track Technologies Limited is seeking a skilled and motivated ICT Security Specialist to join our growing team in Auckland. This role focuses on implementing and managing enterprise security solutions aligned with Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) and international best practices. This role shall be reporting to the Senior ICT Security Specialist. You will play a critical role in strengthening organizational security posture, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement across security processes. Key Responsibilities · Develop, document, and implement CMMI Security process areas (ESEC, ESAF, GOV, IRP) · Establish and maintain security policies, procedures, and standards · Align security processes with CMMI Maturity Levels (Level 2–5) · Support clients in achieving CMMI Security capability goals · Enforce access control, network security, and data protection mechanisms · Support the development and implementation of Incident Response Plans (IRP) · Monitor security incidents · Support external audits including CMMI appraisals · Drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights · Deliver security awareness training sessions · Promote secure practices and a security-first culture Required Skills & Competencies · Strong knowledge of CMMI Security practices (ESEC, ESAF, IRP, GOV) · Strong understanding of network and system security · Excellent analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills Qualifications & Experience · B.E Electronics or Bachelors Of Computer Science Or Master’s degree in Electronics or Computer Science · Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in ICT security · Experience in CMMI implementation or appraisal support (preferred) Expected hours per week 30-40 · Preferred certification: o Building Organizational Capability (BOC) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40.00 – $50.00 per hour Expected hours: 30 per week Work Location: In person
