We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce FSL Architect with deep expertise in Service Cloud & Field Service Lightning (FSL) to lead enterprise-scale implementations and drive scalable architecture. Key Responsibilities:✔️ Design & implement scalable Salesforce Service Cloud + FSL solutions ✔️ Lead architecture, development & deployment of FSL systems ✔️ Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs ✔️ Configure Dispatcher Console & scheduling policies ✔️ Oversee FSL Mobile App & field operations ✔️ Manage integrations using APIs & middleware (e.g., MuleSoft) ✔️ Ensure best practices in performance, security & coding ✔️ Lead Agile/Scrum technical discussions
Required Skills:✔️ Strong hands-on experience in Service Cloud & FSL ✔️ Expertise in: Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, REST/SOAP APIs ✔️ Deep understanding of FSL Data Model & Dispatcher Console ✔️ Experience with integrations & middleware tools ✔️ Strong Agile/Scrum experience
Preferred:⭐ Salesforce Certifications (FSL Consultant / Architect tracks) ⭐ Enterprise-scale implementation experience ⭐ Pharma / regulated industry exposure
