You'll play a key role in strengthening client relationships, improving business performance and driving sustainable growth across the WA market. Alongside leading operations, you'll maintain an active portfolio of complex property claims while providing technical leadership and mentoring to adjusting teams.

About You

You will also bring:
- Significant experience in property loss adjusting and operational leadership
- Strong financial management capability, including P&L oversight and performance management
- Proven leadership experience across geographically dispersed teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational, communication and decision-making abilities
- A collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and growth
- Experience leading change and driving operational efficiencies
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Law, Engineering or similar disciplines (preferred)
- Current driver's licence
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Leading operational performance, profitability and service delivery across the WA Property business
- Managing P&L outcomes, budgeting, forecasting and resource planning
- Maintaining a portfolio of significant property claims while mentoring and supporting adjusters
- Driving operational excellence, performance improvement and service initiatives
- Monitoring KPIs and ensuring compliance with the General Insurance Code of Practice
- Leading recruitment, capability development and succession planning
- Coordinating catastrophe response activities, including workforce mobilisation and operational readiness
- Building strong relationships with insurers, brokers, suppliers and industry stakeholders
- Identifying new business opportunities and supporting strategic growth initiatives
- Managing escalations and complaints with a focus on service recovery and continuous improvement
- Supporting technology adoption and operational change to enhance service delivery
