About the RoleAs a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will plan, execute, and optimise digital campaigns to promote ETF products, improve investor engagement, and support business growth across multiple online channels. Key Responsibilities Digital Campaign ManagementPlan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, email, and social mediaPromote ETF products to financial advisers and retail investorsSupport product launch campaigns and investment strategy promotionsCoordinate multi-channel marketing activity across paid and organic channels Website & Content ManagementManage updates to website pages and landing contentPublish ETF product information, market insights, and investment articlesOptimise website content for SEO and investor engagementEnsure all financial content aligns with branding and compliance standards Performance Marketing & AnalyticsTrack campaign performance using Google Analytics and related toolsMonitor engagement, lead generation, and conversion metricsPrepare marketing performance reports for leadershipOptimise campaigns based on data insights (CPL, CTR, ROI) Social Media & Investor EngagementManage LinkedIn and professional financial communication channelsCreate content explaining ETF products, market updates, and insightsSupport investor education campaigns and webinarsCollaborate with investment teams to simplify financial messaging Cross-Team CollaborationWork with investment analysts, product, and compliance teamsEnsure marketing materials meet financial regulatory requirementsSupport product launches and investor communications strategyCoordinate with external agencies when required What We’re Looking For?Degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or Communications2–5 years experience in digital marketingStrong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and LinkedIn marketingExperience with email marketing platforms and Google Analytics (GA4)Financial services or fintech experience is an advantageStrong writing and content creation skillsHigh attention to detail, especially in regulated content environmentsPay: From $7,500.00 per monthBenefits:
