The University of Leeds is one of the top 80 universities in the world. We have a truly global community, with more than 39,000 students from 170 different countries and over 9,000 staff of 100 different nationalities. Our Student Education and Experience directorates are a family of student-related services that are passionate about delivering an exceptional student experience and providing a high level of support to staff, with a focus on continuous improvement. Teamwork is key to our success, and we are committed to supporting every student to make the most of their time at Leeds and go on to succeed in their chosen career.

This role will be responsible for the operational management and delivery of student and curriculum record processes, systems and data within Leeds University Business School (LUBS). You will work together with the academic programme support leadership team, providing operational insight to inform strategic decision making, resource planning and development of the University’s programme support service. The programme support service includes registration, enrolment and attendance/engagement monitoring, and teaching delivery support. You will also provide leadership, line management, and support to a large team.

If you have experience of leading complex operations; including prioritising competing demands and resource planning to meet key priorities and have the ability to provide leadership, line management and support to a large team, we would like to hear from you.
