Full job descriptionSalary Range: £34,000- £45,000 qualified (BCBA, UKBAcert or equivalent)The Quest School is specialist independent school for children with autism, based in Kent.We are recruiting for a Behaviour Analyst to join the team of highly motivated, dynamic and enthusiastic staff, working at our outstanding school.At Quest, we are proud of the outcomes we achieve for our pupilsOfsted (Sept 2025) stated; “The school makes sure that pupils’ additional needs and barriers to learning are identified exceptionally well. This includes expert, granular analysis of pupils’ behaviour, therapeutic and academic needs. Expert teams of staff regularly review how well pupils are learning. They make immediate changes to pupils’ learning programmes when necessary. This includes when pupils are making rapid progress towards their targets as well as when they are falling behind. As a result, pupils consistently receive the help that they need to succeed”.This role provides the opportunity for you to make a real difference to children’s lives, working as part of a collaborative multi-disciplinary team. As part of the role you would oversee a caseload of pupils and be responsible for assessing skills and designing learning and behaviour programmes.The school provides a strong and supportive working environment.
