Production TIG Welder – NorthamptonDue to continued expansion, we're recruiting hardworking, self-motivated individuals to join our team in Northampton. The role covers general production duties, with a focus on TIG welding hose assemblies.This is a great opportunity to join a growing company where you can genuinely shape your role as we expand — full training and support provided for the right candidate.Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pmPay: Competitive, dependent on experience and ability What you'll be doing:

• TIG welding of hose assemblies, plus general production duties
• Working independently as well as part of a team
• Reading technical drawings and using basic measurement equipment
• Some manual handling and lifting — you'll need to be fit and active
• Occasional forklift truck driving (training provided)
• Supporting other areas of the business as needed, such as welding, hose preparation, testing, packing, and quality — we're a busy team so flexibility is key

What we're looking for:

• TIG welding experience is preferred; other welding experience will be considered, with internal training available
• Good accuracy following works order instructions
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills (a short practical assessment may form part of the interview)
• A full UK driving licence is an advantage
• Confidence, flexibility, and a genuine willingness to learn and grow with the business
