About the Position:
We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our outpatient clinic in New York. The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal, orthopedic, and neurological conditions while working collaboratively with physicians and healthcare providers.This role is ideal for a therapist who is passionate about improving patient outcomes and delivering high-quality rehabilitative care.
Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and rehabilitation programs
  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary
  • Educate patients on injury prevention and home exercise programs
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the EMR system
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers


Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Active New York State Physical Therapist license
  • Strong clinical and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced outpatient setting
