The role also requires working knowledge of Python for automation and data workflows. Candidate will lead an engineering team and work closely with architecture and product teams. Required Skills 15+ years of IT experience Strong Java backend development (microservices, REST APIs) Full-stack exposure (React / Angular / Vue or similar) AWS cloud (Lambda, ECS/Fargate, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, IAM, VPC) Kafka (event-driven architecture, streaming, consumer groups) Experience with data pipelines and distributed systems Python (automation, scripting, or data processing) CI/CD and cloud-native delivery practices Key Responsibilities Lead design and development of Java-based backend and full-stack systems Architect event-driven solutions using Kafka and AWS services Build and manage microservices and cloud infrastructure Oversee data pipelines and streaming workflows Guide CI/CD, testing, and DevOps best practices Lead and mentor a team of 8 engineers Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery Nice to Have AWS Bedrock / GenAI experience Terraform or CloudFormation (IaC) Jenkins / GitHub Actions / CodePipeline Observability tools and cloud monitoring Exposure to AI/ML integrations
