JP Inspection & Maintenance Services is an Auckland-based company providing roofing, property maintenance, Healthy Homes compliance and building services. We are looking for an experienced Roof Plumber to join our growing team on a full-time permanent basis. Key Responsibilities • Install, replace and repair long-run metal roofing systems. • Install flashings, gutters, fascia and downpipes. • Carry out roof leak investigations and repairs. • Install Colorsteel roofing and cladding systems. • Read plans and measurements accurately. • Ensure all work complies with New Zealand building and health & safety requirements. • Work safely at heights and maintain a clean worksite. Requirements • At least 3 years' roofing experience. • Experience with long-run metal roofing and flashings. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Good communication skills. • Current full NZ Driver Licence preferred. • Commitment to workplace health and safety. Accredited Employer. Visa support may be available for suitably qualified candidates if no suitable New Zealand applicants are available.
