Key Responsibilities
- Infrastructure Support: Assist in setting up, configuring, and maintaining LAN/WAN networks, routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Troubleshooting: Help diagnose and resolve connectivity, IP configuration, and network-related issues.
- Monitoring & Maintenance: Utilize monitoring tools to check network performance and security logs.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of network configurations, IP addresses, and troubleshooting steps.
- Physical Setup: Assist with network cabling, hardware deployment, and data center tasks.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of network fundamentals (OSI model, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Tools: Familiarity with Cisco Packet Tracer, Wireshark, GNS3, or Linux/Unix environments.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, eagerness to learn, and effective communication skills.
Targeted Experience
- Hands-on experience with networking hardware and tools.
- Understanding of security protocols (VPNs).
