  • Develop and maintain relationships with California’s high-end clients (high-net-worth homeowners, luxury communities, commercial operators) to promote our premium solar products.
  • Communicate fluently in Chinese and English to provide one-on-one consulting and customize exclusive clean energy solutions.
  • Develop high-end sales strategies, meet sales targets, and improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
  • Attend high-end industry events to expand client resources and enhance brand influence in California’s premium market.
  • Gather client feedback and market insights to inform product and sales strategy improvements.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to drive brand promotion and maintain long-term client relationships.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or above (International Trade, Marketing, Renewable Energy preferred); high-end sales experience a plus.
  • Fluent in Chinese and English (listening, speaking, reading, writing) with strong cross-cultural communication skills. (Mandatory)
  • 1-3 years of sales experience in solar, renewable energy, high-end home improvement, or luxury real estate (California market familiarity a major advantage).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills; ability to identify client needs and deliver solutions.
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently under pressure.
  • U.S. work authorization or H1B eligibility; familiarity with California solar regulations preferred.
  • Passionate about renewable energy and committed to long-term growth in California’s high-end solar market.

What We Offer
  • Base Salary: $3,000/month + Uncapped Sales Commission
  • Annual Income: $50,000 - $80,000 (based on performance)
