Work Location: In person
- Develop and maintain relationships with California’s high-end clients (high-net-worth homeowners, luxury communities, commercial operators) to promote our premium solar products.
- Communicate fluently in Chinese and English to provide one-on-one consulting and customize exclusive clean energy solutions.
- Develop high-end sales strategies, meet sales targets, and improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
- Attend high-end industry events to expand client resources and enhance brand influence in California’s premium market.
- Gather client feedback and market insights to inform product and sales strategy improvements.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to drive brand promotion and maintain long-term client relationships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above (International Trade, Marketing, Renewable Energy preferred); high-end sales experience a plus.
- Fluent in Chinese and English (listening, speaking, reading, writing) with strong cross-cultural communication skills. (Mandatory)
- 1-3 years of sales experience in solar, renewable energy, high-end home improvement, or luxury real estate (California market familiarity a major advantage).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills; ability to identify client needs and deliver solutions.
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently under pressure.
- U.S. work authorization or H1B eligibility; familiarity with California solar regulations preferred.
- Passionate about renewable energy and committed to long-term growth in California’s high-end solar market.
What We Offer
- Base Salary: $3,000/month + Uncapped Sales Commission
- Annual Income: $50,000 - $80,000 (based on performance)
