As Lead Veterinarian, You will:
- Provide clinical leadership and mentorship
- Champion high standards of patient care and clinical excellence
- Support team development, coaching, and performance growth
- Deliver high-quality care
- Build strong client relationships and promote preventative health care
- Collaborate with the Practice Manager on workflow, efficiency, and team engagement

- 4-day work week (38 hours) with flexibility for the right candidate
- Part-time options available (around 30 hours)
- 1 in 3 Saturdays only and that too for 8am – 1pm.
- No after-hours or on call
