Title: Margin Analyst Occupation: Data Analyst (ANZSCO 224114) Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 plus super Hours: Full time Trading Name: Zeus Street Greek – Head Office Employer: Zeus HR Pty Ltd Location: Sydney Experience Required: min 1 year in a relevant role Visa Sponsorship: Nomination for temporary work visa and/or Permanent Residency will be considered for eligible candidates. Duties: Some of the duties you will be required to perform include: • Collect, clean and check sales, cost, supplier, menu and store-performance data. • Analyse margin trends, cost movements, menu mix, promotions and delivery-channel performance. • Prepare dashboards and reports on gross margin, food costs, product profitability and store results. • Support menu pricing and promotion reviews through data modelling and margin analysis. • Present clear insights and recommendations to Head Office teams and franchise stakeholders. • Improve reporting processes while maintaining data accuracy, confidentiality and governance standards.
