Commercial Cleaning Manager

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Commercial Cleaning Manager to oversee our night shift cleaning operations. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, highly organised, and confident managing cleaning teams across commercial sites during evening and overnight hours.Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise night shift commercial cleaning operations
• Lead and support cleaning teams across multiple sites
• Prepare night shift rosters and manage staff attendance
• Conduct site inspections to ensure high-quality cleaning standards
• Ensure all work is completed within scheduled timeframes
• Communicate with clients and management regarding job completion and issues
• Train and supervise new staff during night operations
• Ensure strict compliance with workplace health & safety procedures
• Manage equipment, chemicals, and cleaning supplies
• Report daily operations and performance to management

Requirements

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning o
• Experience working night shifts or after-hours operations preferred
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to manage multiple sites efficiently
• Valid driver licence preferred
• Physically fit and reliable
• Understanding of WHS (Work Health & Safety) standards
