Please share relevant profiles to srikanth@cloudingest.com Role: Senior Java / Distributed Systems Engineer – Digital Assets & Tokenization Location: Lake Mary, FL / Pittsburgh, PA / New York, NY Employment Type: (GC &USC W2 Only) (C2C only for H1B Visa 12+ Min Exp) Rate: $70/ hr on W2 and $75/hr on C2C Role OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Java Engineer with deep expertise in distributed systems to support a strategic U.S. Treasuries Tokenization initiative within the Digital Assets team. This role involves building secure, scalable, and event-driven platforms that integrate with core financial systems across custody, trading, and post-trade domains in a regulated environment. Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise-grade Java microservices for tokenization platforms
• Build scalable, event-driven distributed systems with high resiliency
• Integrate digital asset platforms with custody, collateral, trading, and settlement systems
• Develop secure APIs for token lifecycle management and reconciliation
• Ensure data integrity, entitlement controls, and wallet/account mapping
• Implement secure SDLC practices (CI/CD, automated testing, observability)
• Support MVP to enterprise-scale architecture evolution
• Collaborate with product, architecture, engineering, and risk/control teams

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Core Java (8/11/17+)
• Expertise in Microservices & Distributed Systems Architecture
• Experience with Blockchain / Smart Contracts (Solidity)
• Strong experience in API development (RESTful services)
• Exposure to Cloud-native development (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Experience with event-driven architectures (Kafka, messaging systems)
• Knowledge of resiliency patterns, auditability, and controls
• Background in Capital Markets / Financial Services

Nice to Have

• Experience with Digital Assets / Tokenization / DLT platforms
• Knowledge of custody, collateral, or post-trade workflows
• Familiarity with idempotency, compensation patterns, observability tools
• Experience working with custodian banks or financial infrastructures
