Marketing Manager/市场部负责人

岗位职责：1、配合公司的市场需求，制定可行多样的渠道拓展计划，包括线下活动的举办以及渠道合作等2、策划、组织和执行各类线下活动，如宣传会、学校展等宣传活动，以提高公司知名度和市场影响力3、积极拓展新的市场渠道通过社交网络包括但不仅限于：社交平台（小红书，抖音，公众号，LinkedIn，Facebook，Instagram，YouTube等），机构（如院校国际部/中心、语言学校，银行私行，律所，地产中介公司等））进行市场拓展。通过公司和个人资源开展加拿大本地同业/异业渠道，以提高市场覆盖率4、维护和保持现有渠道的资源和关系，收集整理渠道拓展和线下活动的数据，及时总结相关报告和分析5、及时了解市场动态，收集潜在客户的需求和反馈，分享市场信息6、与各部门配合密切合作，互相提供业务支持岗位要求：1、加拿大当地本科及以上学历，市场营销、商务管理等相关专业背景，有移民留学行业经验优先考虑2、1、有5年以上市场线上线下运营经验, 熟悉主流自媒体营销手段、推广方式及模式；有移民行业从业经验优先；有2年以上市场部管理经验。3、熟悉加拿大以及中国主流自媒体平台如小红书，微信公众号视频号、抖音网站, Google ads等操作模式、管理规划和流程，熟悉个平台的引流，投放规则；4、精通加拿大，美国常见移民项目的知识和政策（如EE、PNP、LMIA、RNIP、SUV等）5、具备高度的市场敏锐感，能够正确分析及把握行业市场局势，有本地雇主资源的优先考虑6、熟悉使用社交平台（如小红书、YouTube、微信公众号等）；7、具有较强的市场洞察力和市场敏锐度，能够精准的抓住市场趋势和热点，具备一定加拿大本地公司资源和关系者优先；8、优秀的谈判和沟通能力，具备流利的英文水平。待遇：1、丰厚固定保底工资+高额佣金提成+绩效奖励！2、舒适安静的5A级办公环境，融洽积极的办公氛围，多年行业同事配合辅助；3、业内绝对竞争力的薪酬体系，以及多样化的晋升体系，成长平台不设上限；4、评优员工每年可获海外（美国、中国、加拿大）学习培训的机会；5、不定期组织聚餐、娱乐活动，旅游团建活动，福利不断；6、优秀者公司可协助办理身份！底薪+Bonus（具体根据经验面议）薪资水平：60,000-12,0000 Responsibilities

• Develop and implement channel expansion strategies aligned with business needs (online + offline).
• Plan, organize, and execute offline promotional events (school fairs, info sessions, etc.) to strengthen brand presence.
• Build partnerships with institutions (schools, language centers, law firms, real estate agencies, banks, etc.) and expand cross-industry networks in Canada.
• Manage and optimize marketing campaigns across social media platforms (WeChat, Xiaohongshu, Douyin/TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, etc.).
• Maintain and enhance existing channel relationships while identifying new opportunities.
• Collect and analyze market data, prepare reports, and share insights on industry trends.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to support business development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Canadian degree preferred).
• 5+ years of marketing experience (online & offline), with at least 2 years in a leadership/managerial role.
• Hands-on experience with digital marketing and social media advertising (Canadian + Chinese platforms).
• Knowledge of immigration programs (EE, PNP, LMIA, RNIP, SUV, etc.) is strongly preferred.
• Strong market awareness and ability to capture industry trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is an asset.
• Candidates with local employer resources or industry networks will be prioritized.
