JAVLN is a New Zealand–based insurtech software company that provides a cloud platform for insurance brokers and agencies, helping them manage policy administration, client relationships, compliance, and workflow automation. Business Development Manager role, the position focuses on growing JAVLN's insurance software business across Australia and New Zealand by acquiring new broker clients, managing sales opportunities, and building industry partnerships. Key Responsibilities Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, prospecting, and outreach. Build relationships with insurance brokers and key industry stakeholders. Manage the full sales pipeline from lead generation to closing deals. Deliver product demonstrations and sales presentations. Develop strategic account plans for major enterprise customers. Build partnerships with industry organizations and technology partners. Maintain CRM records (HubSpot) and provide sales forecasting and reporting. Required Skills & Experience Experience in business development, sales, or account management. Insurance, financial services, or SaaS/software sales experience is preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to consistently achieve revenue targets. Self-driven and comfortable working independently in a growth-focused environment. Pay: From $15,000.00 per month Benefits:
